Baked Goods
1 lb Butter, salted
2 cup Peanut butter, crunchy
2 cup Sugar, white
2 cup Sugar, brown
3 ea Eggs
5-3/4 cups Flour
2 tsp Baking powder
1 Tbs Baking soda
2 Tbs Milk powder, whole milk
2 tsp Vanilla
1 cup Peanuts, semi-crushed

Pre-heat oven to 375°F.
Cream butter, peanut butter, sugars, and vanilla together in a bowl; beat in eggs. Avoid using an electric mixer to preserve chunkiness of peanut butter.
In a separate bowl, sift flour, baking powder, and baking soda, and mix together.
Crush the peanuts in a stone mortar & pestle until they are about 1/4-1/2 size and stir them into the mixture.
Stir the flour mixture into the butter mixture.
Spoon 12 portions, 1-1/4 - 1-1/2 inches wide, onto a baking pan,
Put two baking sheets at a time into oven and bake for about 10 minutes or until cookies begin to brown.
